Virtual extensions act like real phone extensions of a PBX, for which you don't need a direct physical line connectivity from our Virtual PBX. You can use any mobile number or landline to act as your extensions. When a call arrives at your extension(s), it is forwarded to a number of your choice or to voicemail.
Please note that calls to your extensions forwarded to a mobile or landline are charged per minute from your account. Please refer to the tariff section for pricing and charging modes.
